It is rice parmigiano wrapped with thin tongue slices and topped with small bite sized meatballs. It's really easy to judge an excellent place like this one. My secondo was also fish... rombo served over pureed potatoes and topped with delicately sliced artichokes. But pleasant enough. Despite the little error the poached egg dish along the "Nido di Pappardelle al Salamino fresco con corona di fonduta al formaggio" which were both delicious, especially the "uovo poche". It is obviously runned by hi-pro chef. The food did not reflect a Michelin Star restaurant in quality, some of the dishes were way over priced for what you got.
